CANCELLATION POLICY

In order to protect and respect our clients’ and estheticians’ time, the following cancellation policy will be enforced at Aesthete Skin Studio: A 48 hour cancellation or reschedule of any appointment is required. In the event of a cancellation outside of the 48-hour window, the following fees will be applied and required to be paid prior to any future bookings: • Any cancellation or reschedule within 24-48 hours of your scheduled appointment will have a 50% service late cancellation fee. • Any cancellation or reschedule within 0-24 hours of your scheduled appointment will have a 100% service late cancellation fee. • Any appointment that is a no-show without notice will accrue a 100% service no-show fee, and will be required to pay a 50% deposit prior to booking the next appointment. A credit card will be be required to be held on file to schedule any appointments. Aesthete Skin Studio reserves the right to refuse and reschedule any client that is more than 10 minutes late to their appointment, and they will be required to pay the 100% service fee as a late-cancel. If you are scheduled for multiple services the day of your appointment, and determine that you no longer want some of the services / want to change your service, please call within 48 hours to the appointment to change and avoid a late cancel fee.
